Our Story

How it started...

We didn't set out to create your favorite crunchy tortilla chips. But as luck would have it, that's exactly what happened. It all started in 2013 with the opening of Alligator Pear, The Torta Truck. Chef Jay created a perfect Zesty seasoning that we famously used to hand season our chips. We packaged our chips & guac and started selling at the farmers market in beautiful Rosemary Beach, Florida. The obsession began immediately! And we've never looked back.
