How it started...
What started out as a side item on our food truck, quickly became the Main Character of our story.
We opened Alligator Pear The Torta Truck in 2013 along Florida's Emerald Coast, serving up non traditional tortas, burrito bowls, fresh guacamole and our proprietary chili lime chips.
Our chili lime (aka Zesty) chips and fresh guacamole were such a hit we decided to package them and try our luck at farmers markets. In 2014 we started selling at the farmers market in beautiful Rosemary Beach, Florida. The chip & guac obsession began immediately! And we've never looked back.
Today are chips are sold in gourmet markets and specialty shops across the US.
